Welcome to Apixy. This guide covers your first ten minutes: setting up your account, finding your way around, posting, and getting API access.

1. Set up your account

  • Confirm your email. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the activation email. You can’t post until your account is activated.
  • Choose your language. Use the EN / ZH switch in the top bar to change the interface between English and Simplified Chinese. Your choice is remembered.
  • Add an avatar and a short bio. Click your avatar in the top-right corner, then Preferences → Account / Profile. A face or logo makes conversations easier to follow.
  • Tune your notifications. In Preferences → Notifications and Emails, choose how often you want email summaries and mention alerts.

The left sidebar shows the same categories. Latest lists new activity across the forum; Top shows the most popular topics.

3. Post and reply

  • Search first. Your question may already have an answer. Use the magnifier in the top bar.

  • Pick the right category and write a specific title, e.g. “Streaming stops after 30 seconds in LobeChat” rather than “Help”.

  • Format code with triple backticks so it stays readable:

    ```python
hello,world("print")
```

  • Never post your API key in a topic, reply, or screenshot. If you leak it, reset it in the API panel right away.

  • New accounts have a few limits (for example on links and images per post). They lift automatically as you read and take part.

  • Like, bookmark, and follow. Use :heart: to thank someone, the bookmark icon to save a post, and the bell at the bottom of a topic to follow replies.

4. Get API access with Apixy Premium

Apixy Premium includes an OpenAI-compatible API, managed entirely in the forum.

  1. Open a ticket, choose Order issue, and tell us which plan you want.
  2. Once your membership is granted, open the API panel and copy your key.
  3. Follow the integration guide to set the Base URL https://api.apixy.top/v1 in your SDK or client, then make your first call.

5. Getting help

  • Something broken, or a question about your order? Open a private ticket. Only you and the team can read it, and you can add screenshots and keep replying in the same ticket.
  • An idea or general feedback? Post it in Feedback so others can weigh in.
  • An error from the API? Check the FAQ in Feedback first; it lists the common error codes and what to do.

6. House rules

  • Be kind and stay on topic. Disagree with ideas, not people.
  • No spam, ads, or self-promotion without context.
  • Your key and membership are for you. Don’t share, sell, or publish access.
  • Use the flag button on a post if something needs a moderator’s attention.

1. 设置账号

  • 激活邮箱。 注册后去收件箱（也看看垃圾邮件）找激活邮件，账号激活前不能发帖。
  • 切换语言。 顶栏的 EN / ZH 可以在英文和简体中文之间切换，选择会被记住。
  • 加个头像和简介。 点右上角头像 → 偏好设置 → 账户 / 个人资料。有头像，别人更容易认出你。

3. 发帖与回复

  • 先搜索 你的问题可能已经有人问过了，用顶栏的放大镜搜一下。

  • 选对板块 标题写具体，比如「LobeChat 里流式输出 30 秒后中断」，而不是「求助」。

  • 代码用三个反引号包起来 排版才不会乱：

    ```python
hello,world("print")
```

  • 绝对不要把 API Key 发出来，话题、回复、截图里都不行。万一泄露了，马上去 API 面板点「重置」。

  • 新账号有一些限制（比如每帖能放的链接和图片数量），多看帖、多参与，会自动解除。

  • 点赞、收藏、关注。 用 :heart: 感谢别人，用书签收藏帖子，用话题底部的铃铛关注后续回复。

4. 开通 Apixy Premium，获得 API

Apixy Premium 包含 OpenAI 兼容的 API，开通、拿 Key、看用量全在论坛里完成。

  1. 提交工单，类型选 订单问题，告诉我们你想要哪个方案。
  2. 开通后，打开 API 面板，复制你的 Key。
  3. 按 接入教程 在 SDK 或客户端里填上 Base URL https://api.apixy.top/v1，发出第一次调用。

5. 遇到问题

  • 出了故障，或者订单有问题？ 提交私密工单。只有你和团队能看到，提交后可以继续回复、补截图。
  • 有想法或建议？ 发到 Feedback，让大家一起讨论。
  • API 报错？ 先看 Feedback 里的常见问题帖，常见错误码和处理办法都列在里面。

6. 社区规则

  • 友善交流，不跑题。可以反对观点，不要针对人。
  • 不发垃圾信息和广告，不做没有上下文的自我推广。
  • Key 和会员只限本人使用，不得共享、转卖或公开。
  • 看到需要版主处理的内容，点帖子下方的 举报 按钮。
